We(Stephen and Brittany Springer and our 7 kids) have been farming since 2009. Through this, we have developed a deep appreciation for food, where it comes from, and how it was raised. We have/do raise beef, pork, chicken, eggs, produce and much more! We saw a need in the area to have a place where people can go to eat and have the passion of farming, come through the dishes. Quality, Local, and Organic (as much as possible).
